Bill and Cindy both grew up in Santa Rosa and raised their 5 children there. Bill is the company visionary and chief strategist, always thinking about, imagining and planning for the next project. He oversees the site acquisition and construction teams and still continues to review and revise every floor plan of every building and home the Gallahers build. Cindy continues her oversight and direction of all aspects of project design. She oversees the interior design team, and reviews and approves all landscape and architectural elevation plans.
Apart from their work in development, Bill is the founder and Board Chair of Poppy Bank in Santa Rosa; chartered in 2005 and serving the local community since that time. Together they founded and supported the operation of North Bay Adoptions (NBA). Bill and Cindy adopted the three youngest of their 5 children from Korea, Peru and Vietnam. NBA was founded as a resource for other local families hoping to adopt internationally and was successful in that endeavor for 13 years.
As Chief Operating Officer their daughter Molly Flater oversees operations and marketing of the standard Multi Family portfolio and Bring Back Coffey Park. She works directly with Oakmont Management Group, in which the family is part-owner, to manage the senior living portfolio and provide marketing and branding oversight and strategy. She lives locally with her husband and four young daughters. Their son Will Gallaher works as a Site Acquisition Associate in the growing department and lives locally. The other Gallaher (adult) children are Nicole Gallaher, who holds a PharmD and works for Genentech in South San Francisco; Marco Gallaher, who lives locally with his wife and children and works as a mechanic and Zume Gallaher, the youngest, still in college in Southern California pursuing a career in Interior Design.
