Headquartered in beautiful Sonoma County, Gallaher Homes’ leadership team is led by its CEO and founder, Molly Gallaher Flater. Our tight knit leadership oversees our portfolio with a strategic focus on growth and outperforming industry standards.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Molly Gallaher Flater
Molly Gallaher Flater serves as the CEO of Gallaher Homes Management Group and COO of Gallaher Companies where she oversees the senior living, multi-family, and commercial portfolios. Under Ms. Flater’s surveillance, the companies have achieved phenomenal growth and sustained occupancy levels in the high 90th percentile. The portfolios consistently serve as the price leaders in the market and achieve strong operating margins.
Ms. Flater serves on the Board of Directors and is a major shareholder for Poppy Bank based in Santa Rosa. The bank provides services nationwide, is rated 5 stars by BauerFinancial, and recognized as one of the strongest financial institutions in the country.
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Savannah Marlor
As the Vice President of Operations, Savannah works to ensure the company runs efficiently and effectively. In addition to managing daily operations and formulating policies, she assesses the ever-changing needs of the business and finds ways to drive profitability and growth, relying on her diverse background and superior attention to detail. Savannah works inter-departmentally to streamline processes and financial plans that align with company objectives. She develops and manages community level budgets and works directly with Molly on financial oversight for the portfolio, employee relations and retention and strategic growth plans.
Savannah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and a Professional Sales Certificate from Sonoma State University.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
Jenette Saysipaseuth
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Gallaher Homes, Jenette is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies throughout the portfolio. With over 10 years of direct sales experience, Jenette is a seasoned sales strategist whose primary focus is recruiting, leading and developing our onsite teams to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy. Jenette also works directly with Molly on future growth opportunities and market studies throughout the western states. Jenette joined the company as a Leasing Consultant in 2018. Her passion for creating connection and insatiable drive is evident in her daily work and has resulted in her quick climbing of ranks in the company.
DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES
Charles Adametz III
As the Director of Maintenance and Facilities, Charles oversees and directs the multi-family and commercial property maintenance departments for the Gallaher Homes portfolio. Charles ensures onsite teams maintain the communities to the highest level of excellence, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency. In his role, he has developed and implemented preventative maintenance programs while also planning and overseeing capital improvement projects. Over his tenure, he has increased efficiency and quality in unit turns and service requests as well as elevated the customer service experience for residents. His passion for people and unparalleled work ethic make him an integral leader of our team.
Prior to joining Gallaher Homes, Charles held several leadership positions in Safeway and PepsiCo in the Northbay.
