Gallaher Homes* & Sonoma County

If you have been in Sonoma County for any length of time, you have likely dined, shopped, banked, visited or maybe even lived in a Gallaher home or business. This is because Gallaher Homes, led by Bill Gallaher and his family, is responsible for dozens of developments and hundreds of residences in Sonoma County. The project list includes Canyon Oaks Luxury Apartments, Vineyard Creek Apartments, Bell Village, Sendero Townhomes, and our latest labor of love, Bring Back Sonoma County.

The Gallaher family is proud to build in Sonoma County, and aims to provide beautiful, functional and high quality products in everything that we do. Thank you for taking the time to learn about us, and we hope we get the chance to serve you.

Why Bring Back Sonoma County?

After the 2017 wildfires, Bill Gallaher created Bring Back Sonoma County with the goal of getting families back home as quickly as possible. This worthy goal is being accomplished by providing a one-stop solution for homeowners. Fourteen floor plans in two different architectural styles are offered and include everything from front yard landscaping to a robust selection of interior finishes. Financing is also available through Poppy Bank, of which Bill is the founder and the family is the major stockholder. As a large local developer, the family and company are working tirelessly to utilize their business relationships and connections statewide to achieve the lofty goal of several hundred homes rebuilt” to “As a large local developer, the family and company are working tirelessly to utilize their business relationships and connections statewide. The semi-custom approach also removes the lengthy timeline and higher costs associated with one-off custom builds.

Bring Back Sonoma County, just like all projects by Gallaher Homes, is extremely personal for the Gallaher family as they are natives to the area and were also personally affected by the wildfires. Bill and Cindy lost their home in the fire as did their daughter Molly and her family. Cindy’s mother also lost her home in the fire. They feel grateful to have the means and connections to rebuild their homes relatively quickly, and are determined to provide this same service to the community.

We take great pride in managing every aspect of our projects. From the site selection to the design/build itself, close attention is paid to every detail.
