Headquartered in beautiful Sonoma County, Gallaher Homes’ leadership team is led by its CEO and founder, Molly Gallaher Flater. Our tight knit leadership oversees our portfolio with a strategic focus on growth and outperforming industry standards.
Molly Gallaher Flater

Molly Gallaher Flater is Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Gallaher Companies, where she leads operations across the family’s senior living, multifamily, and commercial real estate portfolios. She oversees all new development—from entitlement and strategic planning to organizational implementation and long-term asset performance—playing a central role in the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Mrs. Flater has been a full-time contributor to Gallaher Companies and its predecessor organizations since 2009, though her involvement in the family business began much earlier. At age 12, she gained early exposure through reception work and later worked in sales at Varenna, the family’s flagship luxury senior living community. In her early twenties, she stepped away to open and operate a bar and lounge in downtown Santa Rosa, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, operations, and financial management.
After selling the business, she returned to help open Segovia, a continuing care retirement community in Palm Desert, where she led sales teams, oversaw company-wide marketing, and ultimately served as an asset manager supervising third-party operators and portfolio performance.
In 2012, Molly became a founding owner and strategic partner of Oakmont Management Group (OMG), where she played a key role in operational decisions, senior leadership hiring, and the sales and marketing strategy for new development. Under her direction, lease-ups consistently outperformed market benchmarks, achieving deposit and occupancy goals with record speed. As Oakmont expanded to more than 30 communities and over 2,500 employees, she continued to shape company culture and organizational structure. Following the family’s decision to exit the assisted living and memory care model, many assets were sold at substantial gains, and Molly exited her more than 30% ownership interest in OMG, awarding and selling her shares to key executive employees.
Building on the success of a dedicated management platform, she founded Gallaher Homes Management Group, where she serves as sole managing partner. The company oversees a diverse portfolio including a commercial shopping center, five multifamily communities totaling more than 550 units, and approximately 30 single-family homes, with 166 additional units under construction and more than 2,000 units in active development. Under her leadership, the group has maintained strong performance, high occupancy, and consistent returns.
Gallaher Signature Living represents the culmination of her experience across senior living and real estate management, aligned with the family’s development pipeline of high-end continuing care retirement communities throughout California. After recruiting a CEO and senior leadership team, she unified the family’s remaining senior living assets under one management platform, now encompassing five communities with four more under development.
In addition to real estate, Mrs. Flater brings extensive experience in banking and financial services. She first served on the Board of Directors of Poppy Bank (then First Community Bank) in 2013, later founding Blue Gate Bank, the first newly chartered bank in California in eight years. After the merger forming Poppy Bank, she rejoined the board and became one of its largest individual shareholders, as the bank grew to over $7 billion in assets.
Molly is recognized for her ability to build high-performing leadership teams and drive disciplined, long-term value creation across complex real estate and financial portfolios. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to preserving and advancing the Gallaher family’s legacy of integrity, innovation, and enduring impact across generations.
Savannah Marlor

As Vice President of Operations, Savannah oversees the operational, financial, and strategic performance of Gallaher Homes, ensuring the company functions with efficiency, consistency, and accountability across all departments. She partners closely with leadership to shape policy, optimize workflows, and implement systems that support sustainable growth and long-term success.
With a background that bridges business strategy, marketing, and organizational development, Savannah brings a comprehensive approach to operations management. She directs the development and oversight of community-level budgets, collaborates with Molly on portfolio-wide financial planning and employee relations, and leads initiatives that enhance efficiency, retention, and profitability. Her detail-oriented leadership and cross-departmental collaboration ensure that every process aligns with company objectives and reflects Gallaher’s commitment to quality and care.
Savannah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and a Professional Sales Certificate from Sonoma State University. Linkedin
Jenette Saysipaseuth

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Gallaher Homes, Jenette is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies throughout the portfolio. With over 10 years of direct sales experience, Jenette is a seasoned sales strategist whose primary focus is recruiting, leading and developing our onsite teams to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy. Jenette also works directly with Molly on future growth opportunities and market studies throughout the western states. Jenette joined the company as a Leasing Consultant in 2018. Her passion for creating connection and insatiable drive is evident in her daily work and has resulted in her quick climbing of ranks in the company. Linkedin

As Regional Operations Specialist, Eric plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the Gallaher Homes portfolio. He provides oversight and support in auditing, compliance, and systems management, ensuring all files, processes, and technologies operate with accuracy and consistency. Eric collaborates closely with Savannah and leadership to align budgeting, forecasting, and community operations with company objectives, helping maintain efficiency and financial stability across all communities.
Having previously served as Community Director at Gallaher Homes, Eric provides a grounded understanding of on-site operations and utilizes that experience to smoothly integrate new developments into established processes. His expertise in systems analysis, process improvement, and financial planning contributes to the company’s continued growth and operational strength.
